Uniquely not-so-unique problem

While many people seem to be having a problem burning their calories and keeping a check on their pounds, I would like to add some pounds to my skinny body('Right now I weigh 90 pounds":(. And anywhere and everywhere I go, I find "low/less fat" or "No fat" items....
Is there a fairy Godmother out there who can provide me some natural n easy tips to increase my pounds?(No junk food and medication suggestions please..)

are you attempting to change and sculpt your body image?
or, are you just trying to gain some weight?
if you are just trying to gain weight, lots of peanut butter sandwiches and milk.
or, milk shakes.
now, if you are attempting to change your body image, that is totally a different story.
are you able to get to a gym? can you get free weights to use at home?
even if it's a 5 pound can of coffee? exercising in a specific way (more weight and fewer repetitions) will add mass. adding muscle will add weight to your
90 pounds.
have you ever heard of the wonderful site called wellness? if you'd like an invite, i'd be happy to send you one. they have exercise videos to watch, they will help you monitor your daily caloric intake. no pills. no shots. no magic.
just hard work.
oh, and you can make money there, too. just by reading and surfing at health articles and daily health news alerts.

In the morning eat two bananas ,drink milk and sleep. And don't forget to have bread with loads of butter or cheese on it. You will see the results in a few days!!!!! Results will be even better if you do mylotting regularly as in mylotting you are just sitting and typing without any physical exercise.
