every night i keep my alarm...i get up in the morning...stop it and sleep back again...it happens only when my family is with me...my wife sits every morning for half an hour just to wake me...when she is not here with me i get up on time and sometimes without the help of alarm clock...is it coz i know there is someone to wake me up on time and thats why i feel lazy...or what?

yah i used it especially with the kind of work i had, when my clock rings i tried to wake up, if not it gonna make me sleep again..

I think you are more cautious to wake up when you are alone because you know that nobody is there to remind you of the time. One thing also is you are dependent from your wife to wake you up when she is around. That is normal when you have someone to depend on but if you are alone, it teaches you to be responsible at times to manage yourself. Have
