Old Discussions

I get thrown off by old discussions popping up again. I answer and then read through the responses (I know TOS says to do it the other way around, but I don't have much time here and skip out on the last responses of most discussions or sometimes the beginning responses if I start reading from mine on up). I think that old discussions shouldn't be shown in the listings just because people have been responding to it again. It can be frustrating!

Now see, that is where I disagree. I know from time to time, it is interesting seeing Discussions that might have been started like 6 months ago or so, just to see what I might have missed. I have been an active member here for 22 months now, and this still continues to be one of the best sites to be. For me, you get paid in here whether the discussion was just started, or if it was started 2 yrs. ago, so all I can say is how I keep track if I have responded back to it or not is by Rating it. That is the best for me, and helps in other ways as well.

well, sometimes when old discussions that you have responded to come up it may be that someone just came up to the discussion, sometimes i just go through it or i ignore it as long as i have responded to it before.

I'm getting new responses to some discussions I started six months ago, and I love to see them being revived. I had forgotten about some of them. I have often read an old discussion, out of interest, because it's the first time I've seen it, and it can be time consuming, if the discussion has pages of replies.
