I've always got nasty mosquito bites as a kid and I couldn't do anything about it except for putting anti-itch cream which didn't really help. It also wasted a lot of money so I stopped using it as I gotten older.
Mosquito bites became less worse as my life progressed and they started leaving me alone. Too bad for my little sister, she was starting to go through the same process of getting mosquito bites as I did.
I looked up different methods in helping treat mosquito bites but sadly, none of them were accurate. I was reading an article on a website and it told me to unpeel a banana(if you hate wasting food, just eat the banana) and DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PEEL. Then take the peel(make sure it has no banana gunk or slime) and rub it on the bump. I didn't believe this method but I had an urge to experiment with it on my younger sister.
I tried it and immediately my sister's itching stopped! In about 30 minutes, the mosquito bump lost it's redness and the bump almost disappeared! Another 15 minutes passed(a total of 45 minutes) and the mosquito bite was gone completely! It was crazy!
Those of you who have this same problem, try this method and tell me how it goes. It saves money and is guaranteed to work.

I would have never known to use a banana peel as a remedy against the pain and itch of mosquito bites if I hadn't read this informative discussion. Thank you for this.
I find it interesting that a whole banana reminds me of a telephone. I remember when I was a child holding a whole banana to my head like it was a telephone and pretending to talk on the banana as if it was a telephone. What fun we children had!
I wonder if placing a telephone on a mosquito bite would help to stop the pain and itching of the bite?
