olympics are you in or out?

So like you may have herd the olympics are here and its been a huge deal from the start the us swimming team are hot the us basketball team is also hot. so my questions are:
are you waching them?
did you see the opening ceremonies? what did you think?
and who is the best athlete the us has competing? is it phelps,bryan,james?

Oh yes I am definitely watching the swimming at least. The funny thing is I hate sports in my daily life, but when it comes to all these countries competing you get a level of pride over it all! And no, I did not watch the opening ceremonies of the Olympics, I started watching on the second night, not the first, I was too focused on the Georgia vs. Russia conflict. I don't know who's best, but my definite favorite in the games is Phelps, it's so awesome to see him glide through that water like he was born in it haha. Watching the relays last night was one of the best events that I have ever seen in my life! I was cheering and screaming with emotion as we crushed the over-proud French who said they would "smash" us. All I have to say is the US team is just "SMASHING" hahaha

haha i know what you mean i watched the relay yesterday and that come from behind was incredible. i was like you jumping and cheering, and when you see your country compete its something else you get such pride of being an american it was great.
and the timing of the conflict in georgia was so wrong the day of the opening ceremonies the day the conflict breaks out kinda takes away from the spirits of the game.
the best part so far was when a russian women who won gold in i dont know what event gave a big hug to a georgian women that was awsome to see.

I only watched the opening ceremony to support all the countries. It was pretty amazing. I don't know much about the athletes since I don't know much about the sports.

but wasnt that ceremony impresive i saw on the internet that some of the fireworks were fake but some inside the stadium, but the presision of the chinese men playing drums and the little cubes thing when they moved up and down was impressive. just breath taking.
