What makes a good PTC Sites?

I need to hear opinions what really makes a PTC site good? what characteristics do they have to standout? Why I am asking this, well basically there are hundreds of PTC sites and more new ones are sprouting. To limit the waste of time signing up it would be best to know what makes them standout among the other PTC. I need to know what makes a good PTC.

off course those sites that really pays you but the only thing is, how could you be so sure if they gonna pay you? if that could be solve then what i am looking in a site is the varied options in earning cash or points that could be exchange for cash later on. if you have more options to choose then you'll have a lot of chances of earning more. aside from that are weekly/monthly contests and games.
these i am describing a site that i am a member for about 5 months already and i believe is a very good site. i was paid already and only cashout once, no minimum payout.
