..people say, the secret of doing your job in order not to be stressed is to love it.. you needed to have the initiative to finish it.. enjoy working so that no matter how busy you feel, atleast, after your accomplishment, you could feel satisfaction and not too much stressed.. breath out.. set your mind.. if you think you needed to breath some air, do it..

I know exactly how you feel. I have so much that I want/need to do and I try to do it all at one time. What helps me is just slowing down a bit and concentrating on one thing at a time.

I don't easily get stressed out and even if I have a lot of things on hand, I just keep calm and manage my tasks well so I won't cram or miss something that needs to be prioritized. I get a bit stressed when it comes to boredom though. If what I'm doing is extremely repetitive and I've done it for quite a long time already, it really gets annoying and I start to feel stressed and just want to go out and relax.
The most stressful situation I could be in is when a lot of people are against me wherein it's something that is unfair to me or if I couldn't do anything about it except to sacrifice something important just to even out the odds or most of the time beat 'em. It's tough but it's a breaking point and we have to get past it. It will show our best character.

Chelly, take a deep breath and let it out. Do it again and again and again until you feel somewhat relazed! Everyone gets stressed out for a variety of reasons so you are not alone.
Currently I'm stressed out about trying to get approved for a new home mortgage that I can afford. Also I'm stressing about trying to put in some more overtime at work, without never seeing my boyfriend in the meantime. I'm also stressing about losing weight and be stuck in a weight plateau.
When I am stressed out I will often times go outside for a nice long run if it's a nice day outside. Otherwise I will draw a nice hot bath and just soak in the bubbly water and let my mind drift away. It also helps too if you talk to someone about what you are stressing about. It helps to get things off your chest I've noticed so you might want to try doing that too! Good luck!!!

I get stressed out when I dont have a solution to something. Currently I have a credit card balance that is high but also a phone bill that is due. I dont have a solution to both problems so it stresses me out. When I'm stressed, I listen to music to calm me down and then find something to do to take my mind off of it because its nothing I can do at that moment. I might also go out with friends because friends always help taking things off your mind!

Don't fret ear. I think all you need is time management. Make a matrix of what is urgent and important, urgent and not so important and those that can be delayed. Always assess what you have to do and deliver first. Then do what you need to do in the days to come so you wont get swamped.
I get stressed when people ask me to do things all at the same time. The way I handle it is to know my priorities. I find out which ones I have to do first and which one I can delay for some time.
Goodluck and don't worry too much! Your problem is very easy to solve.
