Christianity.. many profess to be Christians but does not follow Christ teachings.. so in conclusion they are PROFESSING CHRISTIANS..
Ill stand in the name of Christian.. i will call them PROFESSING CHRISTIANS if they are not following Christ teachings...
the real Christian.. is wearing his/her armor of God..
1) Belt of truth (God's Word)
2) Breastplate of righteousness (Repentance of the sin, follow only God's word)
3) Boots of readiness (Gospel of peace)
4) Shield of faith (believers of Christ)
5) Helmet of salvation (through Christ)
6) Sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (the Bible)
and with this.. Christians are ready to face whatever consequences.. that is a real Christian.. not those PROFESSING..

Your list seems to have missed charity out. Jesus was always going on about giving to the poor and the early church was remarkable in the Roman Empire as the Christians looked after not only the Christian poor but the pagan poor as well. However after a few years the Christians found better things to do like persecuting heretics and people they regard as sinners. They have been following this pattern right up to the present day. These days poverty is a sign that God is not pleased with you as God blesses those he loves with prosperity.

and remember there are two givers of these world.. its God and Satan..
persecuting heretics and sinners?? you misunderstood them.. they just told them that they are sinners and they must repent in order to go in heaven.. coz separate us from God..

Do all Christians around the world follow the same concept. This might be causing a great stur. In my country, they are many types of chuches with different names but are called "Christian". Yet they do things different. What our Pastor in our church sees as not worthy, other "christian churches" are doing, and this is sending mix signals to the unsaved. And, if a elder in the church had a misunderstanding with another, they break away and form their own church. What is missing???

Those that profess "Christian" and yet seek out war in word action or deed are not true Christian.
The Christ was a TRUE MAN meaning that he was soft spoken and well mannered ready to forgive EVERYONE. Christ called people on their garbage yet looked down on NONE. This is what a TRUE CHRISTIAN is to me. To be Christlike in all of your ways is the way of the Christian but anymore all they teach "Christians" is to bash people with the Bible, thus trying to cast the mite out of the others' eyes while ignoring the plank in their own. These are what I call "Bible Thumpers" as to call them anything resembeling "Christian" is to deface a true Christian.
I personally am not a "Christian" but I have a great afinity to the Christian faith. I have only known a couple TRUE CHRISTIANS in my life. As for the Christian Lifestyle I try to live it and yet ,as with all those I know, I fall horrifically short, but atleast I TRY!!! And TRY, and TRY!!!
Thank you for the interesting topic and have a great day!!!

You are absolutely right! With God NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! But as humans we have free will and with that comes temptation. Even Yahshua/Jesus himself had his moment of doubt when he was in the Garden. He knew full well what his purpose was and yet he still had a doubt asking for the cup to pass from his hand... But just like the rest of us, when that doubt hit him he corrected it by saying "not my will but thine be done." In addition to this there was the anger/wrath at the Temple when the money changers were attacked, by him. Wrath is one of the SEVEN DEADLY SINS.
Even with his moments of temptation he did the right thing and sought redemption and went about his duties, fulfilling his job. The savior was fully human as well as fully divine. He showed us through his moments that sin and temptation is EVERYWHERE, but we cannot allow that sin and temptation to keep us from our higher callings.
Thank you for the response and have a great day!!

Yes living as a Christian is IMPOSSIBLE IF its your own effort.. but with God... Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE..
real Christian does not bash people.. they just told them the FACTS.. and even Real Christian are/is affected/hit off by the message of the Scripture.. they just follow the Great Commissions.. which is found on Matthew 28:18-20..
And Jesus came up and spoke to them , saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

A real Christian is one who believes that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, and is both God and Man. A real Christian is one that God choose, and believes in faith that Jesus Christ is the son of God. Real Christians do fail to come short, but they strive to enter by the straight gate. Real Christians believe the Bible is the Word of God, attend church regularly, know that they are saved by faith and not by works. Most important everything they do is for the glory of God, not for man And even if everyone is against them as well as the civil law, their duty is to obey God rather than man. They hate what God hates and love what God loves.

Romans14: 4Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

Be careful James 5:9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door. Jesus had the holy spirit to judge with and said if he judges his judgment will be with righteousness cause he bears witness for two I am pretty sure I recall you saying that you don't feel that the holy spirit has any place in a modern church so your witness is of yourself and not of a righteous spirit.

If you are not willing to live as Christ lived, stop saying you are a Christian. I fall short, but I am trying to hear His Voice more and more, and to live a saved life.
I wish to make it to Heaven.
That should be the Christian's goal. He should want to see his Lord's Face in peace.
We will all see Jesus one day. But will you see Him in peace? Will the meeting be a happy one, or a sad one, as He says, "Depart from Me, I never knew you?"

What is a real Christian? One who has accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior - of every part of his/her life. One who has repented of his/her sin - and continues to do so on a daily basis. One who strives to be more like Christ, and therefore knows that the most important things he/she can do are what Jesus said were the important things - loving God and loving one's neighbor.
The real Christian will have a part of Jesus shining through him/her. People can see it! They are drawn to a real Christian, because he/she is full of love, and is not selfish, rude, or self-serving, but IS kind and patient.
The real Christian is full of the joy of the Lord. Even in times of trial, the joy shines through and that intrigues people to the point that they will ask, "How can you still be so happy in the midst of your trials?"

A true christian is a true disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. He made a decision to deny himself, to take up his cross and follow Christ. He made a complete surrenderof all aspects of his life to the Lordship of Christ. He possess eternal life and he is living the life of Christ in him.

I think you question is what does it take to be a christian. Well my opinion is that anyone that believes in Christ is a Christian. God said in the Bible (John 3:16) "For God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son, so whosoever blieveth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. God knows you can't even come close to being Jesus, that why he sent him to die for your sins. Don't judge.
