Data Entry & Medical Coding Jobs?

I am extremly good at typing and would like to use my typing skills to earn income, there are data entry jobs and the only kinds I find are ones that charge fees, I am not big on joining programs with fees unless I know people have gotten paid from them before, anyone have success with any data entry jobs, medical coding?

me i am successful data entry job.. i joined in capcha encoding company.. i encode different capcha..and i earn 5$ a week as a starting job.. but in future i thing i earn lots of money in encoding capcha..

do they accept others i am interested in joining a program like that with no fees i type 80wpm and am trying to pay my student loans!
