this would be my opinion only, I dont have anything against someone or what, pure opinion...
For me, I think this is legal, people have the right for their lives, they have the right to choose what are the things that will make them happy.. I think it becomes illegal because people are against it especially Catholic church.. they are against everything that is against their belief.. Not all people are Catholic, I am Catholic though but I think everyone should respect other peoples preferences.. I have friends who are gays and lesbians, I dont see or look at them as bad people, I see them like people like me, they have feelings and rights.. I have nothing against on what they prefer, it's their life, not mine and I totally respect that..

Every human being has a right to decide whom to live with within legal framework. In some countries it's treated as legal, while in some other countries it's illegal.

Well here in the Philippines it is definitely illegal even though many do it is not recognized though by the government. It depends where the couple get married , if it is legal there then it is legal otherwise if it was illegal there then it wouldn't be.

It will differ from country to country ..from culture to culture...
It depends upon the society you leave in..
I am not against any lesbian, or gay... when the people around them , do not accept them ...these people have no choice...
Marriage is , to find a partner , to live with..they would be together , in all their happy moments as well as sad moments...It can be any one...

Well, it's legal in some countries, illegal in others. Personally, I see nothing wrong with gay marriage. They deserve the same benefits as any other couple in love, and don't need to be discriminated against.
Besides, not everyone subscribes to the doctrines of a religion, and I fully believe in separation of church and state.
