Well it's Tuesday here but I should be asleep but as usual it's 1:00am and I'm wide awake! I have a drs. appointment this afternoon so I have plenty of time for sleeping until then. I'm not a fan of the Olympics. Don't really care about who wins or even what sports are involved. The idea behind the Olympics, of bringing the peoples of the world together, is a good one in theory but it doesn't work. My country is still at war in two countries while Russia is at war as well. We are getting a break in our heat where I live...a totally rainy day in Carolina.

hello shelly.how you doing?????/dear,i just do not know anything about olympics,i have one friend whos mad about olympics and keeps on babbling to me about it.i feel like a complete idiot in front of him,although i love outdoor sports especially badminton.

I watched the olympics for a bit the other day. But I couldn't get hubby to get interested in it, so the channel got changed. Darn it! I spent the weekend reading, since I didn't have the Internet hooked up for the new computer yet. Other than that, I've been lazing around the house. And yes, it's definitely roasting here...you could just about fry an egg on the sidewalk it's so hot. And it's supposed to get up to 110 in the next couple of days. ICK! Hugs to you hon.

I have been watching the olympics, I enjoy the swimming, but women's gymnastics is my favorite. Freezing what country do you live in?

Hi shelly43, Where I am is quite nice not too hot and it has been raining off and on plus its very windy but its plesant enough. I have not been watching the Olympic because its on where I am in earley hours of the morning, I'm in the U.K. and I have been on Mylot most of the time anyway. Big Hugs to you too. Love Tamara
