Well, I was watching a kind of biography on Freddie Mercury today and i learned something that I never knew before. Some of you who may know this already will probably think I'm stupid, but still, maybe there are some people who don't know. Today I learned that Freddie Mercury is Indian. I though that was really cool. I always thought he was white, but he's not.

He also brought his background into some of Queen's songs - particularly the track 'Mustapha' off the album 'Jazz'

there's a theory that Bhemian Rhapsody is related to events involving his families social/political/culture background

I didnt know that until fairly recently myself. I think that he was really an awesome singer. it's too bad that he had to die so soon. I think that he really was one of the best rock singers of all time. I think he was very intelligent also. He was one of my very favorite singers of one of my very favorite groups os all time.

Technically, he was born in Zanzibar, which would make him a citizen of the East African republic of Tanzania.
