A week ago , I was scammed by a website, I thought I wouldn't get my money back. I emailed and filed a dispute and informed Alertpay that the merchant is a scam and then they process it for only 2 days and I got my money back. Alertpay's customer service is really good and fast. I am impressed. Just to tell you guys, beware of online websites that offer currency exchange because there are so many scam sites.
