hi !!!i'm power yoga instructor.fed with weight issues,i tried aerobics,gym.but it dint help me much.my friend introduced me to power yoga.the results were amazing.i had major inches loss & weight loss. i got a toned body.power yoga keeps me fit & healthy.i acquired the knowledge & learnt yoga & now i'm interested in changing & bringing difference to other's life as i brought to myself.

hi rupu!!!power yoga helps to improve health & even solves the weight issues.gives you a toned body.for weight loss you can daily do surya namaskar atleast for 80- 100 times.intially start with 5.bhujangasana i.e. cobra pose is best for back problems.every asana has its own benefits.to reduce your tummy do leg rise 90 degree (10 counts),45 degree (10 counts),30 degree(10 counts).& can also do advance leg rise also.
