What Causes Falling Hair?

Most likely, in my experience the cause of falling hair is the strong ingredients or compositions of shampoos, conditioners and other hair care products. I readily notice that a shampoo or a conditioner is too strong for my hair type if I'm having a hair-fall during shower or right after shampooing.
