Pro-lifers: Which would you choose

Just something I always wonder: If carrying a child to term would distroy the women's health and might even kill here (Due to a health condition or something of the sort) Which would you prefer: A) She go goes through with the pregnancy anyways and hopes she survives it. B) She abort the zygote to avoid dieing. I don't mean to offend anyone by asking but I really do wonder how pro-lifers would handle such a situation. Being pro-choice myself I can't exactly jump into your mindset, just trying to better understand you is all.
