A narbour who knows that you are married and still trying to get close with attachments in his or mind is considered to be a sucker,what about you?

Infact such a person I can not get word to describe him. I personally hate such person. Especially when told by the lady that she is married, upon all that he still persists. I do not know whether such person has a wife or not. If he has, how does he feel when someone else does the same to his wife. He is not only a sucker but.....(the word has not come yet)
