..feeling kinda low-i thought i finally reach payout but i wont get paid :(

Geez, its been a rollercoaster with this site for me. Few days ago I got $0.93 cents then i got a new ref when i checked my new balance is $3+ which is impossible so isent a ticket to admin and thought it was a bug. no reply even after 48hrs so i decided to go to forum and read basic rules/sticky notes and found out even if you reach payout you may not cashout...doesnt make sense to me :( i believe the reason you set min payout is to let members cashout after doing the clicks or referring people ..but its sad that they only convert a certain percentage w/c is not constant and when i just tried to hit the cashout coz its my first time i was advised i can only cashout $0.43 from my $3.+ balance i dont but thats roughly 25% and because min transaction in alertpay is $1 they will not process the request...so i guess ill stop using alertpaybux...i dont think its a scam but its misleading and confusing in a way. its like when you finally reach your goal only to realize theres a detour somewhere and go back again...i dont think its fair but i respect their rules And finally i received a reply saying im not a cheater but my new recruit is and his account is suspended....but somehow i lost interest in the site altogether well what a way to reach my VERY first payout in PTC sites i joined :( but i dont want to focus on this too much coz it wont do me any good. i guess this is why some people dont like PTC that much-well i cant blame them lol but its given, this is really a nice way to earn online
