i can consider myself a "water person". i love drinking too much water and it's already a part of my system and everyday routine. whenever i miss drinking water, specially as soon as i get up my world seem to turn the other way around and i'm too uncomfortable.

Water is the most essential component of your body. It makes almost 60 to 70 percent of your body weight. I cannot stress how important it is for everyone to remain hydrated at all times. Water keeps your kidney healthy and rejuvenated. Limiting your water take would lead to the development of kidney stones.
Water act as an essential element and as a solvent for all the bodily and biochemical reactions that take place within our human cells. Water keeps your circulation pounding and optimum. I can keep writing on it for pages and pages and still it won't do it the required justice.
The misconception of drinking eight glasses everyday is a very wrong perception. We should drink based on our body weight. Drink as much as you please, it is harmless. I always drink at least 2 to 3 Liters of water every single day, sometimes even more depending on the weather conditions outside.

i don't drink much water per day, nearly three glasses of water.i dont think drinking too much water will keep fit.Om the contrary,it will led to water poisoning. Our body absorbs much water from what we eat, such as fruits, vegetables and etc.
