its a little creepy to see someone sleep walk.. My daughter (now left home ) did this few times when younger.. One time i was woken up by a door banging.. So i quickly got out of bed to see what it was, little worried thinking someone was trying to get in house.. It was my daughter trying to open a cupboard on the landing.. i ask her what she doing but got no answer and she continued.. she seemed awake she had wanted the toilet but was trying to open the wrong door I had to guide her to bathroom and back to bed
She had no memory of it next day..
Other times she would come down stairs and just stand there in front of me.. Creeped me out at times Have you experienced sleeping walking or witnessed someone else sleep walk? how it make you feel?

Hi mandy,
lol! I remember my room mate before! When I was in COllege, my sister and I shared one room with 8 girls..It was a huge room and we have our own bed!
So, one night, I was studying like 11 pm and one of my friend stand up and was walking..I talked to her and she answered me so, i was thinking she was awake..Then our door was close that time and she just hit her body there and fall and then sleep right there in the floor..lol!
I was laughing hard since I realize she was dreaming and woke up one girl and we help her go back to her bed!

i can imagine that must of been a funny sight.. and it didnt wake her up? although i have heard loud bang from upstairs, and you know how it is, you kinda freeze for few seconds as wonder what it is and scared to go up.. enter my daughter room and she was fast asleep on the floor. She did not even wake up, and carried on sleeping.. next day she didnt even know she fell on floor apart from the fact she stil on the floor and thinking eh how i get here i hadnt put her back in bed as didnt want to disturb her and the fact she was too heavy for me anyway haha

Not in person, no. I've seen videos on TV that show people sleep walking. The craziest story I've heard is where people were sleep driving. That's intense. And I've also seen sleep eaters. Watching your daughter go through that must have been difficult because it's a weird state of being to witness.

Not really seen one. But I have heard of my friend tell me of his friend who started to make tea sleep walkingly :-)
But did you daughter go to the toilet? I wonder if one can 'empty' without being awake!

thats funny thing about it, no she didnt.. helped but she went in, stood a while, turned light on and started walking back to bed.. she did that before, turn a light on then back to bed and couldn't remember doing it.. Wasnt bad case of sleep walking but was little errie in a way.. I do think children are more prone to sleep walking, and grow out of it..
thanks for response

My brother was a sleepwalker and did it a lot. My husband and brother can still talk to you and not remember it the next morning. They will reply and act awake, but not remember it at all in the morning.
Joel (my brother) has a lot of funny stories about sleep walking as a kid. He once went to the bathroom in a toy box. He lifted the lid and went just as if it were really the toilet...we didn't get to him in time!

reminding me of the horror film sleepwalker haha.. my daughter would often talk in her sleep, shouted one time so i go in her room and i have a conversation with her asking her questions and she replied, but she was asleep lool. i always found that funny and would try carry on the conversation.. I miss all that, as she no longer lives at home..
thank you for responding

i never had this experience, but i heard someone had done.If i witness i must be fear.A image is always in my mind,a man sleep walk with a knife, his face is very fearful, just like a scene....Someone can talk with you during sleep walk, you ask him/her and he/she can answer you!don't like a man who was sleepy...Don't let me witness...
