Purpose of life...

Hi NrgDfenZ... To answer your question I have to think from the aspect of religion. I don't know how I can explain to you if I use a scientific approach, because I can't find a concrete reason to backup my explanation. My religion is Islam. In my religion, God created human kind to live in this world for the purpose of obliging to Him and in return whomever followed God's rules and regulation will be rewarded Heaven in the hereafter. I have a story to tell you about Adam. I think you know about this too, but if you don't here it goes. Adam is the first human created by God. He was created using the soil. After giving Adam his life, he was then put into Heaven to live. Not long after that, God created Adam's life partner, her name is Hawa or in Christian her name is Eve. They lived happily in heaven until one day the Satan persuaded Hawa and Adam to eat the forbidden fruit, called 'Buah Khuldi'. Because of their mistake, God punished them by sending them down to earth to live. From that moment onwards, Adam and Hawa produced many offsprings and from their descendants we all originate from. As for Satan, he had promised to God that he will persuade every human being on earth so that they will not follow God's rules and regulation. Satan wants everybody to end up in Hell, like him. So our job on earth is to live the right way, and live according to the rules of religion. As my religion, it is Islam and Islam is my way of life. Thats really a very hard question. I guess my purpose in life is to help other and make people happy. I guess thats how it could be stated in simple words although that may not be all but the idea is mostly like that i think. hehe. :)

Why are we on this earth? I guess we're here to live. Live by God's rules.

Only you will know what's your purpose in life. Like each one of us have different finger prints, we all live different lives, therefore our purpose in life varies. I think you're still too young to know your purpose, but don't worry, some are actually old already and they're still asking what's their purpose in life. Whatever that is, the important thing is, we live our lives the way we want it to be. Life's too short to be anything but happy, so just live your life a day at a time, and someday soon, you will find the answer to your question. If you ask me, I still don't know what my purpose is, and I am already 28.
