what to do to friends who forgot my birthday

Well,i will say you can ask them why they have to forget such a thing,for example i did forget my brother"s birthday so i did not call as at when iu should but i did call later in the night ,though he was cross with me but he was pacified when i explained sometimes we tend to get over committed with many concerns of life that we forget or neglect the important people in our lives ,if they truly are friemnds they will apologise and make it up to you so you can just forgive them

I think it's so funny when you consider them as unseriously friends. I often forget my friend's birthday but they never considered me like that. They knew that I never mean to forget their special date. And I am always trying to remember their date.

People tend to forget. Sometimes, it doesn't mean that they don't care about you when they forgot your birthday. Maybe they're just too busy or preoccupied by work. You can invite them to your place and gather for your birthday. Always smile and Happy Birthday!

This is easy,just tell them"hi,today is my birthday and I will have a party this evening,come on time please" I believe that they will know and send you gift.

Happy Birthday, nomsyd. I would'nt be to concerned about friends who forget your special date. Friends are not obligated to remember your birthday and those dates don't mean as much to everyone as it does to you. A gentle reminder, like going out to have coffee or lunch because "it's my birthday" usually is enough to jog their memory. Now family forgetting is a whole other thing. Bus you are still very young, wait until you get old like me. Sometimes I forget my own birthday! lol

I listen to their excuses for not noticing my birthday, but really shrug it off! Birthdays dont mean too much to me, they ae not a do or die kind of thing!

some friends are just busy and may forget - i know i didn't call my friend on her birthday but i did call her a few days later and she didn't get mad or disown me for it (that's what makes a good friend a good friend!) I'd give them a week or two, and then maybe just still be friendly & all with them but maybe not go out of your way for them for anything.

Just forgive them coz not only they are your friends but they are even human beings.

They are not useless guys, may they are the most who loves you. I personally got a bad remembrance and i do forget their birthday. But as a friend i always support and stand by them. Birthday wish is just congrats message, but dosent mean that he will stand by you. A friend whom you got during your bad time is the best one, not the one who wished you on your birthday

hi there, im new to mylot, but the moment i saw your posting, i told myself i had to respond to this issue. actually we had the same experience, my birthday was last April.On the day of my birthday, I was actually thinking of my old time friends and who amongst them could remember my birthday. Since, text messaging was the most easiest way of communicating nowadays, some texted me but i think i can count them with my fingers.(not that i'm being ungreatful). Only, the turn of event happened early in the morning, my officemates and my boss planned a nature trip for me and as we travel and saw the beauty of the nature above the mountainous area, I soon realized that, you can't blame your friends who forgot that its your birthday and they can't find time to celebrate it with you, what matters most is that their are still people around you to replace them! ..still, at the end of the day, my very best friend didn't bother to great me on my special day!!! .....by the way... before i forgot... happy birthday to you!!!

Its so natural that some of our friends forget out b'day.. That doesn't mean that they don't care about us.. They must be busy with their works.. Think in positive matter.. Even then if u feel so worried about it, then call up your friend and shout at him/ her... Thinking so deeply about this will lead to so many problems.. Be frank... Talk to your friend about this....
