was younger than you? Someone younger than you and with less experience, but gets the job as boss over you, how would you feel?

My boss would have to be pretty young, to be younger than me..So yeah it would drive me crazy lol.

Yeah me too, but I was up for a supervisor position at my last job and all the women I worked with were older than me and acted like they would hate me so I took my resume out of the pot. But I've always wondered if it would bother people.

I dont know..but perhaps my boss is younger than me..I feel he may be..but maybe not..makes no difference he has the experience and expertise..that I do not have;)+

yeah, it would affect me somehow, but then i'd just have to learn how to deal with it, accept the situation as it is. who knows, better things may lie ahead for me, right?

My younger bosses were generally nicer to me, and more appreciative. However, that's only my personal experience.

I wouldn't feel bad if my boss was younger than me but I would feel bad if my boss was less experienced than I am. I wouldn't want anyone not as experienced as myself to be my boss.

only if they're useless lol I dont think age really matters, as long as they can conduct themselves in a professional manner and know what they're doing!
