Do you sleep immediately after your head hits the pillow?

Its not everyone of us who are able to sleep the next second their head hits the pillow.Its really a gift to those who sleep so.Unless I am dead tired I dont get sleep soon.I'l get all unwanted thoughts only when I get to sleep.can anyone suggest some tips to get sleep soon?

its a serious problem faced by most of the people.but in my early days i used to sleep when i go to bed as soon as.but now i use to think lot of things.so its just mind.so keep it quite calm.
