KB24 or The Truth?

Pierce is going through a high of winning a title right now. I don't believe what he says and most people don't either. Thats really not the point anyway in my opinion as his team won the title. I rather win a title than be the best player on a team.

I read that somewhere I think it was ESPN. Pierce was asked who he thinks is the best player in the NBA and he said that he was the best player in the world. To me and to everyone else Pierce is a very good player but the best player in the league or in the world is Kobe Bryant right now. The guy has develop into a leader and his defense has improved a lot over the years and he could just do anything to anyone on the court when he wants to. He's the closest thing right now to Michael Jordan even though there will never be another player like Jordan but he is the closest one to him.

In terms of defense Paul Pierce is ahead on Kobe. Paul Pierce is one of the underrated defender in the NBA. but overall Kobe is the best, he is the best in the world. he can score on you anytime he wants, whether it is jumpshot, fadeaway, drive to the basket, dunk on your face name it he can do it. he is also now a great defender and he is now transformed from a great scorer into a great leader. Kobe can lead his team to win even if hes the only superstar on their team (before the lakers acquire pau gasol). now that he got pau gasol to back him up, a healthy bynum and odom the lakers are definitely the team to beat this coming season.

No doubt,Kobe Bryant is the best Defence player in NBA now,and he can't be defeated by anyone
