My wife like to my thin clothes but she is not thin. The clerk of the store often recommend thin clothes to her and compliment it is fit and very fine. She will buy it back. But she will ask me to help her to stuggle it on. Several months later she will not be able to put it on even with my help.

you and your wife are so interesting.have you ever heard of every girl likes
beauty,so does your wife.girls are prone to consider thin as beauty,so they will
visualize their body to the minimum size.i also shop on impulse, buy some clothes
being under my size and finally find they are cant to put on.those sellers actually
will say every customer as thin as possible,so they will buy their items.

Many clerks will say anything to make a sale, especially if they work off of commission.
As for why some women ware things that are too small? I don't know unless they can't stand the idea that they have gained more weight and have to go up a size.
Sometimes I dread going to buy clothes because I know I've gained weight and have to go up a size. I have to wait until I'm in the right frame of mind.
I never buy something that doesn't fit. To small is too uncomfortable.
My husband has a cousin that wares all her clothes a size or two too small, and the truth is she looks tacky. Not to mention she picks clothes that are not appropriate for her age. I guess if she's happy, that's all that matters.
