Best Personality Theory

Have you encountered Freud's Theory? How about Adler's? Jung's? Murray? Maslow?
If you would ask me, the best personality theory is that of Carl Jung. I believe in the shadow and the persona as the components of the personality of a person.
For you, what is the best personality theory that had been made? Or could you share to me your personality theory. :)
I would really appreciate your thoughts about this. :)

I am a fan of the multi-theory approach to psychology. I think that when psychologists focus on one theory as their basis for psychology, that it can hurt them and their patients because some of them are very restrictive and a little too basic for my taste. I think it's important to incorporate all of the theories in order to provide a good compromise and get the benefits of each of the theories.
