don't despair. one failure does not mean the end of the world. you can still retake it, right? and there are a lot of successful people who had to take their exams many times before they succeeded. so keep trying.

YOU are not a failure just because you failed an exam. It's an attitude like that that will have more influence on your future than anything else. The winners in life might fail the exam, but then they pick themselves up and go on in whatever direction life leads them next.

I was lucky and passed my real estate exam the first time with a 92%...I was shocked...Can you retake the exam? Or do you only to get the chance once?
