Trouble for downloading

I was wondering if I would get in trouble for downloading songs from there. I know sometimes they can trace things back to you...but wasn't sure about this program. Any suggestions?

I have downloaded many songs from there, but i always seem to catch viruses... now the program doesnt even work at all. Oh well.
