Hello Mitraa! I used to watch my mom making fruit salad so I know a little bit about it. I would love my fruit salad to have apples, banana, coconut, durian (phils. fruit), jackfruit and pineapple. If those fruits would combine, I am pretty sure the taste would taste good..hmm..yummy..

i love fruit salad. one way i like it is just bananas cut up in straberries. tastes good & maked a pretty dish. i made me some for supper last night. for just regular salad i had everything i can think of but pineapple. i hate pineapple. i like peaches, bananas, apples, plums, strawberries, grapes, pears& oranges. another salad i like is apple salad. it has apples, celery, dates[because i don't like raisins] & mayo. i had a little salt, some sweetner & it is good. my grandmother use to put cheese cubes in it to. i like the cheese if i'm going to eat it right away.

that's true. when i feel lazy, i just grab a can of fruit cocktail, add some whip cream, condensed milk and it's ready! i did try adding some mandarin and oranges once but i did not like the result. so, i just sticked to my old recipe.

I like salad, either vegetable salads or fruit salads. I like to have a fruit salads for guests. The sweetmelon is good vehicle for the contents, which includes apples, banana, strawberries, grapes, watermelon, etc. They go well with an icecream, good for mouth and delighting to eyes.

The ingredients for my fruit salad would be: sliced apples, mangos, coconut meat, avocados, and bananas. These five fruits would really make a good combination, plus the sweet taste of milk and cream.

I prepare it from apples, bananas, grapes, cherries, coconut, oranges, sweet mangoes and boiled milk. A little black pepper powder is also added to it for flavour. Even my friends like very much my preparation method. You plesae try it. Thanking you...

Oopppss... salad.. too yummy.. I really love taking salad in m food.no only salad is very tasty but also it is very nutrious. It has all kind of nutrious factors such as vitamins and minerals. salad has huge quantity of protein too. so one must take salad in his/her regular food as a habit.
I also use the friuts what you use.those are apples, grapes, banana, and coconut.but somes i also use cherries. it adds beauty to the salad. and to make it more beautiful i sometimes use milk to it.
Thanx for raising this topic.

I love fruit salad, in fact twice a week I prepared fruit salad for my refreshment and part of my diet routine. It is very healthy and nutritious. For my preparation, I usually combined mango, peach, apple, water melon, dried grapes, cheese and mayonnaise. They are perfect snacks for busy days.

oh... i haven't eaten fruit salad for more than a year now! maybe it's time to make myself one and enjoy it.
anyway, my fruit salad contains pineapple, apple, grapes, papaya, cherries (even if i don't like it. it just adds color to my creation) and some tapioca. then, i add in some condensed milk (sweetened milk) and some cooking cream. i refrigerate it for an hour and then, it's ready to be eaten! really great!
by the way, i do add cheddar cheese sometimes. it makes it more tasty.

Hi Mitra.
I love a fruit salad if it has fruit combinations I like. I like to have paw paw, strawberries, banana, kiwi fruit, possibly some orange, and drizzled with passionfruit.
Sometimes I like to have rockmelon, kiwi fruit, strawberries, banana and passionfruit.
This is a fairly easy one for me to make. If available, I would like to add raspberries and young coconut meat, sometimes mango as well. Sometimes I could sprinkle with grated coconut, if fresh isn't available.
I also like to have a chocolate pudding fruit, cut in half and sprinkled with nutmeg/cinnamon.
I am vegan, so instead of dairy cream I could have a home made nut cream or coconut cream, if I have a young coconut, then sprinkled with nutmeg and/or cinnamon.
happy fruiting

Then cut up 5 snickers bars into small pieces.
Cool whip (mix all together)

You can also add a small package of vanilla instant pudding to the coolwhip if you like
