How common are anxiety disorders?

Anxiety disorders, as a group, are the most common mental illness in America. More than 19 million American adults are affected by these debilitating illnesses each year. Children and adolescents can also develop anxiety disorders.

Well depression is common in this busy world..though its bitter fact. Do yoga, you will feel a great heal and confidence.

Yeah, it happens a lot especially at work. It's the feeling that you wouldn't want to continue anymore and you feel anxious when you're about to begin work. It's kinda hard to explain and the experience will differ per individual. It's like, once you're near the office, you start to feel that you just want to go home and just relax and not worry about anything else. It's oftentimes related to being burned out and is really not something to be taken lightly.
It takes a lot of motivation and will power to win over anxiety. Some may even need professional help or at least a family or a friend's help. Even though a lot suffer from this, it can definitely be overcome. Just be strong, have faith, and be happy and contented. It will help a lot. Take care!
