How many of you eat sandwiches everyday at evening times?

I rarely eat them, but if I do I go to Subway :)

We eat sandwiches for breakfast and for snacks. Sometimes we even eat sandwiches for midnight snacks. I guess I can eat 2 - 3 sandwiches for just one day... or lets say 5-8 sandwiches for a week. I'm not sandwiches lover unless I put some of my fave spread like cheese spread or make tuna sandwiches.

I don't eat a sandwich very often as the bread is a carb and I am trying to stay away from carbs because I want to lose some more weight. But when I wasn't watching what I was eating and getting fatter by the day, I used to eat a lot of bread and that also consisted of me eating lots of sandwiches, which by the way, can be very unhealthy depending on what is being put in the sandwich. So now I am eating mostly healthy foods and so when I want a snack to tide me over till dinner time, I will eat a piece of fruit or a small portion of yogurt. Something healthy and not too filling so that I don't ruin my dinner. I don't eat anything ever, after 8 pm because then I wouldn't be burning off the calories before going to bed. i never eat sandwiches at the evening. its not any good then, but on the morning i eat a sandwich almost every day, with a big glas with milk :P
