Sometimes kids start to have an attitude or start sassing as a means of testing boundaries. At 4 you should try to nip it in the bud if you can. Tell her it is not nice to talk to mommy that way and that it hurts your feelings. It might work, but you need to try to stop it before the 7 month old starts to see her doing it and does it himself. Trust me, it will get worse. I have 4 kids from 3 years old to 17 years old. My 17 year old started getting sassy about 13 years old. It is their way of testing what they can get away with.
