Ex-Wife gave away my dog

Has anyone out there ever had a partner give away a pet? I ask because my ex did. I rescued a beautiful german sheppard named jenna from a horrible home. I truly loved that dog had her for three years and one day came home to find my girl gave her away with out my knowledge. Needless to say I really never did get over it. It all happened with no warning. I was just curious if anyone else had a similar experience.

well i had a dog i loved all my college days and my mom sold it because we are moving and our new place do not accept dogs. so we have to sell her. :( it was really sad actually keppt thinking about her still and i miss her terribly.

She deserves to be your ex, keep it that way! You'd be better off with your german shepard!

No but my mom gave my dog to someone down the street and did not ask me if it was ok
