Do you keep track of freebies in gpts?

If you are in more than one gpt site do you keep track of all of the freebie offers that you do? If you do keep track of them how do you? I know that you are not supposed to complete an offer or a freebie twice because it is considered fraud. I am having trouble though keeping track and trying not to complete any of them twice. I am already worried that I might have accidentally completed a few of them twice on different sites. I think I am going to start keeping track of them either in a spreadsheet or in Microsoft word. What do you think?
