How do you respond to junk mail?

We all receive plenty of clutter in our mailboxes, most of which is advertising.
How do you usually respond to unsolicited mail (and I mean snail-mail, not spam emails)? I tend to just throw them away, but I've also seen plenty of creative responses to junk mail, including mailing back large packages on envelopes with return messages paid for.
I've also seen a large collection of art made exclusively from junk mail, as showcased here: http://proquo.com/resources/top_10_creative_responses_to_junk_mail/
Any things you've done?

It's annoying when there's a whole fat sheaf of junk mail sticking out of the box - most of it can be thrown straight in the recycling bin, especially the many for auto shops and two-dollar stores, which we seems to get. There are some I like to read, though - particularly if we happen to be in the market for electrical goods, etc. I like the junk mail from bookshops, too!
