I can deep fry chicken and it always comes out great, but when I try to pan fry chicken it never comes out right. Anyone have any hints to make it work? I don't know what I am doing wrong?

This is what we do, we boil the chicken first before frying. That way you're sure it's cooked all the way through so you just have to concentrate on browning it. Also, make sure that that pan is very hot. :)
