Well i would say first to get a job...making money. As far as the loan goes...if you borrow, you pay back. I haven't hear of anyone borrowing money and not having to pay it back unless u borrowed alot and then filed bankrupt. Either way you screw yourself. You can check into gov. grants and things like that, those I know u don't have to pay back. Just ask around your local way.
