Summer 2008 is almost over; what lets you know it's about to end?

Is it the sunset that creeps earlier into your day? Is it the signs of "Back to School" sales? the distant drums of marching band camp in the morning? What makes you realize the summer is coming to an end?

Our weather has changed. School has started. Tomorrow is my daughters first day of Kindergarten. Our summer has seemed too short.

What an emotional time for you! I used to teach kindergarten, and had tears half the way to work on the first day when I would see those little kiddies waiting for the bus with their parents; knowing what they were feeling as a parent. Definitely the first day of school ends the summer for many of us! Good luck tomorrow!

My niece always say when summer is about to go: 'Back to the concentration camp!' LOLS... coz that means vacation and summer fun on the beach ends and here comes books and teachers and homeworks. But I cheered her up by saying: 'Aint it funny to have new friends, homework projects and pajama parties at home?' And she would end it with a big YES!
See whatever ends really never ends. :-D
