which sandals you are all prefer..pointed heels or a flat one?

They generally say pointed heels are not good for health thats why i use only flat heels..how about all?

i prefer the flat one, and i feel more comfortable wearing flat heels rather than pointed heels.

i prefer flat heels for me walk more comfortably...but since i am small...i still buy shoes with heels than without one...

I prefer flat heels as I feel more comfortable with it. Can't really walk well with pointed heels. Had a hard time balancing on it. Hee Hee

I usually wear flat shoes. I can't walk in high heels very well, although wedges are okay.

Flats are my favorite. Flat sandals are the best. I NEVER wear heels because they make my feet hurt for the next 24 hours.
