have you ever tried any herbal medicines?

I've tried using "Sambong" leaf capsule before because i have a kidney stone.i had taken that for months aside from my other prescribed meds..i think it works for me or should i say it contribute in my kidney stone problem before because i the stone has been flushed out in my urine few months back.

i have tried lagundi tablet, coz i have asthma, i take this lagundi tablet, aside from chlorpenamine maleate tablet, and it is also effective....

I do buy some herbs and take them as tea, such as semen cassiae and ganoderma. People have proved their benefits to our health by thousands of years's practice. I have not taken them as medicine when I am ill. It show the effect slower than western medicine. But as to chronic disease, I believe herbal medicines are more effective.
