Happy Lefthander's Day!

Today is Lefthander's Day here in the States.I am so proud to be lefthanded and I am not alone. Did you know that Bruce Willis, Julianne Moore, Nicole Kidman, Whoopi Goldberg,Julia Roberts,Morgan Freedman, Rip Torn, Kim Novak,and Eva Marie saint are all lefthanded? So if you know anyone who is lefthanded, be kind to them today.Do you know any star that is lefthanded that I left out?

I knew some but not all of those names. I'm left handed too! I'm a weird kind of left handed, though, as I am the only person in as much of my extended family as I know who is left handed, so I learned how to do most things with my right hand. I can even write with my right hand, but it's much neater and more comfortable with my left. I definitely believe that we are the only ones in our right minds! :)
I don't know if this counts as celebrity, but I think Barack Obama is left handed. Come to think of it, it seems like I heard that Oprah is too.

Wow, that is so cool. I am lefthanded, and so were two of my husband's three ex-wives. hahahahaha My Grandpa is also lefthanded, but he was of the age where people were forced not to be lefthanded. I can't believe the way people were back then. It really doesn't matter what hand one prefers to use.

Oh I didn't even know that a day for left-handed people existed but it sounds quite cool! I don't know many celebrities that are left-handed but we do have quite a few members in my family that are left-handed! I will tell them about this day and I am sure they will be happy to know that they are celebrated in this way!

Does everyone live close by?If so,then why not plan a Lefthanders Day party.Get all the lefties together and celebrate.If they don't live close by ,look at it this way. Lefthanders Day is in August you have plenty of time to save and plan a reunuion/ Lefthanders Day party.
