Budget cuts are rampant and they seem to be cutting the ones that will affect our future. One is budget cuts for education. I think that's the last cut that should be done. Our children need more teacher/child ratio in order to be successful in not have over crowded classes rooms. (And our teachers need to have a raise).
After school programs give our children something constructive to be involved in. My concern is they will eventually end up getting into situations that will not be good. In Florida, they started the lotto saying the proceeds would go to education. I don't see the benefits. What a pity. What's your take on the matter?

Definitely, education of our children must be our priority. We could cut anything especially those not really important to make up our budget but the the schooling of our kids should not be affected. It is only the best gift we could give to them. It is a treasure our children could keep for life.

They seem to forget our children are our future and will be our next generation of teachers, professors, doctors, governors, presidents, counselors, lawyers, nurses, business owners, ect. How are they suppose to reach their goals when they are the main ones who will be affected by the cuts (Again, pay our teachers their worth). They have even cut budgets to law enforcement....hello?
*wonder if the same people who pass these cuts are getting raises?*
