On my first day at mylot...

For me too,Mylot was really a strange website.And it took about an hour to settle with this site. Thanks, Happy mylotting.

I am like that before when i first join mylot..I think you can answer your question if you at mylot guidance .I hope you will enjoy staying here.

My first day as Mylotter was a full also of questions. I started reading the policies. I start enumerating my interests and tried to star the first discussion. I can remember that my first discussions were all about mylot. I posted it as a topic and thanks to many who responded and help me out to make things clear here. I started adding friends and now I am more aware of the whole Mylot thing.

Welcome to you here, and I hope you will like it here, Mylot is a cute site, you can earn money just to put any thoughts in your mind and start a new discussion, and there are a lot of good and sweet people here they we always support each other in this site. For you as a new member you should do the following things as I do it before and I have my 1st payment yesterday with 420 posts, and it is up to you to do what I said or not: 1-Add some interests to your interest in your profile, this will make you know if there are a new discussion start if it is in your interest. 2-Try to have some friends, because your friends will see your discussions and response to it if it was interesting to them. 3-Try to start some interest discussions, because they pay well for it. 4-Don't forget to add comment to who response to your new discussions that you start and rate them. 5-Try to response to the discussion that you like it's topic and rate the discuss. 6-It is more benefit for upload images with discussions you start or just upload it to your photos. I hope these tips can help you here, and about what your questions you can read these answers on the Mylot tab you have in the home window, there are a lot questions there and details there.

I was briefed by the person who , informed me about this site..So , I took a start the same day... but kept learning

My first day, i could recognise from menu that i need to response and start discussing .....i was doing and doing on the first day...... Some friends request started coming up and i just viewed their profiel, made me to color mine avatar....the outcome you can very well see now. After what, my eye blinks and zooomed to one area......... typing and typing ...fingers needed rest ,,,,,,but eyes blinking on one area.... hop you get that area .......yes it was on top....$0.00 Was not changing!!!!

not same with you but a little bit excited on whats the next step will be after posting or responding..and still of course finding my way around and very slow in responding..very careful on what to say it its right or wrong..and often wonders how much i earn after a days interaction..that was my first week of being new in this site..

That is the same thing that happened to me. I was referred here but my referral was not active. I could not ask them any questions so I had to ask Mylot members. I had quite a few questions also and alot of them could not be answered by Mylot guidelines. Mylot members really helped me out with it.

Your first day seems pretty much as my first day on mylot. It wasn't difficult for me to settle down here, though, I was new here. But steadily and gradually I learned a lot and in between I got an addict sort of, of mylot. Seriously, sometimes you do get on some place and enjoy it thoroughly.

my first day was more like discovering what mylot was. i spent more time in reading discussions and rules. yes, i read the rules. then as the day passed, i got a hold of it. friends started to respond to my discussions while i responded to theirs. since then, it has been a breeze here. i love this site.

I also experience that way when I was new here in MyLot but I also read the FAQ of MyLot and what are the things which is Do's and Don't in here and now I am so at home in this time......

same thing happened with me too..... when i was new to mylot there were many questions in my mind!!!!! what to do??? where to do??? how to do?? etc. but as i had my frnd whit me who was already member of mylot and so he was the one who explained me all the things which should have been done...

Today is my first day too. I even don't know who was my referral. I just response to other's discusses and started my own too. All I know just try and try and try... nothing to lost...

Post your heart out. All of your money comes from all of the discussions that you respond to. Making payout is the main concern for most of us on here.

hello sivanj, i arrived in mylot february 14 (yeah valentines day LOL) hoping to find something that will give me something to help me earn while i am at home. i posted one topic and got one response and i replied back, when i check my earnings the next day i only got .05 cents so i left mylot coz i dont see a point of being here and not earn anything at all. i came back last week of march i think coz i want something that will help me ease my mind and help me not to be depress at that time. i read many times the FAQ's and the guidelines coz like you i dont know what mylot is all about. everything i read is too vague that i just end up ignoring them coz i feel it is useless at that time. what i did is read a bunch of old discussion that will help me understand bunch of stuff. i specifically landed my eyes in mylot discussion theme coz that is more helpful at that time. i also end up starting a discussion that will help me understand a lot of stuff. so many answers that i remember that is misleading over time, same goes with those that i have read in the past. now i come to realized that the vague guidelines is really helpful when it comes to search for making money out here. i dont ask for friends that much most of the friend i have i got from invites i got, i saw some members who have hundreds of friends and i dont want to be that way coz i want to interact with them as much as possible so i keep it as simple as possible haha! anyway, i dont really recall questioning that much coz my intention is just to read and participate and over time i got the understanding of mylot without really searching for it - which is cool. despite what i have read and write, i can honestly say that at least i can tell what a myth and what is real out here. so far so good. i met great people out here, i am having fun, i am learning and the bonus is... i am earning - how cool is that? I first heard of mylot through another discussion board. What made me interested was a comment 'I make more on mylot'. Can't recall if it was a link or if I typed it in. I was lost when I first arrive. I recently came back and became more active, so I'm still a newbie learning. These types of post help as they may ask questions I never thought of and the response from other mylot members are helpful. Wishing you continued growth on here.

Hi sivanj, Welcome to mylot! I think your reaction to mylot is the same as just about everyone that has started here. I have been here about 6 weeks now and I just love it! I am truly addicted to it! I have made some great friends and participated in some unbelievable discussions and spend hours and hours learning all kinds of things from people all over the globe. I never experienced anything like this! I found mylot by accident and I'm so glad that I did! It takes a little time to get used to it but you will and then you will see how much fun it is.

On my first day in mylot i never know what to do first time..My cousin teach what are the first steps.like how to make discussion,send comment and invite friends...Until now my earning is only 2 cents hahahaha this is my 4 times but i got this earning...because i don't have a time to get online post discussion send comment to other people.Only 15 minutes i stay in computer without nothing to do i just look my friendster and play games but it terms of mylot i am very lazy to do it.I will try to make it more as soon as i have time to make it.

When I joined..exactly one week ago, I didn't even have a referral. I was/am on my own too. It can be confusing, but its fun when you sit down and get to know people and try to have meaningful conversations to pass the time. Good luck.
