some people are hard to please and stay contented.it is so hard to deal with them because they make you feel so incompetent and inadequate.the goodness of such behavior is seldom recognized because the impact and influence on it to some people lead to discomfort and indifference. they cant just forgive the simplicity of life and accept its naturalness.
how are these perfectionists should be dealt with?

These perfectionists too enjoy the simplicity of life. I have met a lot of these people in my life. I have a mother and brothers who have high standards. At the end of the day, they are people who see value of things that other people usually disregard or ignore. Most of the times are unreasonable but these people listen too. They get upset most of the times to see what they value are just taken for granted. It is this world that has become soo cold that makes people like this. Still, this didn't make me give-up on my brother. And the more when other people act this way, I guess it bothers me less because I live with them. These people make you appreciate hard work. These are the simple things in life that is lost to the increasing convenience of technology. These people teach how to see what is beneath. It seems useless and foolish to see their ideas at first but they can show you what passion is and how to live life to the fullest. Still, most of them also have needs and are really vulnerable. I used to concentrate on their vulnerability but it didn't satisfy me. I really cannot tell you what you have to do but take a little time to consider what this people are. You might see someone different. Cut onions slowly they make you teary eyed, chop them quickly then you could see clearly?

That is good to know. I hope you still believe in fruits of your own labor. See you around!

this is something that will answer your questions, sometimes certain things are better well left, let bygones be bygones, and a repetition of something will give you the same result
'Desire material wealth and your heart will never unclench,
Seek the approval of others and you are their prisoner,
Do your duty and step back-the path to serenity'
