Hi 5mayday That's a cool pic. Hhmmm..I think it's a Japanese charecter. I am not sure.

Yes, as everyone else said this is definitely an anime character. But with his head down like that no one knows who he is. Maybe with the skull and crossbones he is a character from One Piece?
