how do u think of drink coffe?

I know that many amercian like to drink coffee,
but in china, we say that drink coffe in high frequency is not for health. how do you think of it?

It make me a little dry and toothache, so I soldem have coffe.

coffee can make me excited, especially in summer time, when i'm sleepy or tired, i want to drink coffee, but i'm afraid i can't fall asleep in the night. also it's heard it's not good for drinking too much coffee.
