I prefer soft peach. If I buy hard peach, I will preserve it for several days waiting it become soft. I will tear the skin of and begin to have it. It is full of juice and sweet and it tastes wonderful. I don't like the feeling of bite hard peach and it is a little sour.

I prefer to leave peaches for a few days to ripen and become a little softer. I find that they tend to be a little juicier and sweeter that way. I don't like to eat hard peaches which are not ripe, as I don't like the flavour.
You can make your peaches and other fruit ripen quicker by putting them next to bananas. Bananas give off a mild gas whilst ripening which causes other fruit to ripen more quickly. The same is true of kiwis. This is why bananas are usually stored separately, but it is handy to know.

I like all of my fruit to be soft I don't like my fruit to be hard so I want my peaches to be soft. They do taste alot sweeter and juicer when they are soft when they get hard it takes away alof ot the taste.

I like soft peaches but not too soft becasue the juice squirts out when the peach is too soft. I really think there is nothing better than a sweet, juicy peach. I like them very much. I have some now. I plan to make peach cobbler this evening.
This is a really good dessert.
