Why is this movie so good?

If you work in an office environment then chances are you can relate to 100% of this movie. I have been in several different areas over the last few years and every place has the same sort of people in it. There is always a Lumbergh, there is always some annoying person on the phone, there is always some discruntled employee wishing they were someplace else. I think Mike Judge must have really done his research well in this movie because it captures the office environment perfectly. To my friends who don't work in an office environment, most of them don't understand the movie and don't like it. "I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."
