Well, there's a website. That has given me 6th payouts this week and yes, it is my new record!! 
I will not post the link up because of Mylot's rules but visit my page and go to my website to go to it.
Anyways, this website is great! They pay you for participating in offers and looking at ads. I do not use that method.
There are different types of ads and offers and they will tell you the information and the amount it's worth(usually 50 cents each!). The type you should be looking for is "enter email address with intent to participate" and "enter zip code with intent to participate".
Just put in fake information and a fake email and fake zip code because they will usually email you like crazy and you don't want that to happen. 
Anyways, if you need help, first of all, signup using the link on my page and I will email you updates and a easy-to-use guide! No Strings Attached!
